TRAINEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Program Scope & Services
LSL Academy provides technical training, 1-on-1 coaching, educational courses, and workflow configuration assets specifically for the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. Training aims to build operational skills for managing GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, automation workflows, and funnel architectures.
2. Flexible & Customizable Coaching
Tailored Curriculum:
Course modules and learning paths adapt to the Trainee's specific business goals, technical skill level, and priorities.
Live Support & Active Projects: Trainees may bring active client projects, snapshot designs, or troubleshooting requests into scheduled live sessions.
24-Hour Notice:
Major topic pivots or specific sub-account deep-dives require notification at least 24 hours prior to the session.
Scope Limits: Customizations remain bounded by the total billable coaching hours in the Trainee’s enrolled tier.
3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality of Agency Assets
Ownership:
All training materials, video recordings, custom CSS scripts, internal frameworks, and proprietary GHL ("Agency Assets") are the sole intellectual property and trade secrets of LSL Academy.
Limited License:
Trainees are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to implement Snapshots within their own internal agency sub-accounts and active client sub-accounts.
Prohibited Disclosure & Distribution: Trainees shall NOT resell, share, redistribute, export, or disclose LSL Academy’s proprietary Snapshots, internal documentation, or training workflows to third-party agencies, public repositories, or non-enrolled entities. Any unauthorized sharing constitutes a breach of trade secrets and will result in immediate termination without refund, alongside legal action.
4. Attendance, Cancellations & Punctuality
Rescheduling:
Live sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Forfeiture:
Missed appointments or cancellations made under 24 hours notice will be forfeited and deducted from total allocated training hours.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All tuition and program fees must be settled as agreed upon during enrollment.
No Refunds:
Due to immediate access to proprietary GHL Snapshots, digital intellectual property, and reserved instructor time, all payments made to LSL Academy are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Earnings Disclaimer:
LSL Academy makes no financial or revenue guarantees. Business execution and technical execution remain the sole responsibility of the Trainee.
Account Safety:
LSL Academy is an independent training provider and is not owned or operated by HighLevel, Inc. Trainees are responsible for maintaining their own backups, and regulatory compliance
