Share paid access with another person
Use the materials to create a competing product or training
4. Intellectual Property
All webinar content and materials provided by Launch Systems Lab, including but not limited to presentations, frameworks, templates, worksheets, recordings, written materials, graphics, and training content, are the intellectual property of Launch Systems Lab or their respective owners.
Your purchase gives you access to the materials for personal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
5. Recording and Replay
The webinar may be recorded for educational and replay purposes.
If a replay is included in your purchase, access will be provided according to the terms communicated at registration.
Launch Systems Lab reserves the right to edit or remove portions of a recording when reasonably necessary.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Launch Systems Lab provides educational information, strategies, examples, and guidance.
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, sales, audience growth, revenue, or other results from participating in the webinar.
Your results depend on factors including your implementation, experience, business model, market, resources, consistency, and other circumstances outside our control.
7. GoHighLevel Disclaimer
How I Launch Using GHL: Part 2 may include demonstrations, strategies, or educational content related to GoHighLevel ("GHL").
Launch Systems Lab is an independent educator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel unless explicitly stated.
GoHighLevel is a third-party software platform. Features, pricing, functionality, and availability may change without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining your own GHL account and any third-party software subscriptions required to implement the strategies taught in the webinar.
8. Payments
All payments are processed through the payment method available at checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Launch Systems Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the webinar, website, email systems, third-party platforms, or other technology used to deliver the program.

Launch Systems Lab is not responsible for outages, technical failures, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party services.
